How to return a product to us

SHIPPING

$5.95 Flat Rate Shipping to the Continental US. Please expect 7-10 business days for delivery.
We will send a tracking number via email as soon as the order ships. Please allow several business days for your tracking information to be generated.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Discount Uniforms USA our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 21 days of our shipping date. Returns submitted for refund only will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. We accept our garments for return in an unworn (you may try them on for fit), unwashed and unaltered state. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Our exchange policy is to place a new order and credit your return merchandise upon reciept. Customers who place an exchange order will not be assessed any re-stocking fees.

1. Place your exchange order online/by phone or by fax.

2. Write your exchange order # on the packing slip and/or invoice from the original order.

3. Include a copy of the packing slip and/or invoice with the exchange order # on it with your return.

RETURN INSTRUCTION:

There are two ways to return an item:

1) Mail it with a copy of your packing slip and/or original receipt to the address below.

2) OR you may bring it to our store(s) with your original receipt. If you placed your order online please contact customer service at 1-800-618-7212 or email sales@discoforms.com to arrange your in store return.

Ship returns via insured mail or carrier. If you use USPS please ask for delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any delivery exceptions. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless item is erroneous or defective when shipped.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
